Love the detail and colors you used. I like how the gun is chained to the collar, and the cigar is a perfect touch.

lol, what a charming lady

you did really great, very unusual and creative character design. in a way she reminds me of that bad character(can't remember her name) from the little mermaid though..the slightly more twisted, fetish model version with a big gun!

Very cool! Really great style and funny idea! I just love those red devil-eyes. She kinda reminds me of the sea witch in the little mermaid.
Very good work with the skin and the veins. The sigar is a cool detail.
You could have worked more on balance perhaps? For being such a big woman, she's standing lightly. Maybe you could have spread her legs a little more, or done something to show that she has a lot of weight to carry.
